Sarah Fairhall is getting married in June next year.

Today we did a makeup trial to decide colours and the bridal "look". 

Sarah wanted the camera to focus on her eyes so I combined a smokey and classic eye with false eyelashes to really draw attention to her eyes.

Just got back from Port Douglas, doing trial makeup for Amy McLennan who is getting married tomorrow at St Mary's By The Sea.

We went with natural tones to accentuate Amy's blue eyes.

Alisha and Aaron tied the knot on their beautiful property at Emerald Creek Heights today.

Alisha chose a very soft natural look for her makeup and I really brought her eyes out with some very subtle individual false eyelashes.

A Very Tropical Wedding

It was a busy day at the Shangri-La Hotel in Cairns today with a flurry of people all preparing for an afternoon wedding.

And it was certainly tropical! The humidity was unbelievable and with a thunderstorm looming on the horizon it was lucky the bridal party had mainly planned for an indoor event.

Very trying conditions for makeup but that's exactly why I use a waterproof foundation which is designed to resist heat, humidity, tears and perspiration, absolutely perfect for the Far North Queensland climate!
