They were married at the Cairns Courthouse so you might wonder why Kara booked Finesse Makeup and Hair to come to her hotel room to professionally style her hair and makeup.

This couple knew they wanted to capture some beautiful memories of their special day so they booked makeup and hair then an afternoon photoshoot with the incredibly talented and oh so easy to work with Tammy from Tamara Kate Photography.
Not only did they get some stunning images – see below – the images were ready for a sneak peak within just two days!
After spending a few hours at the Botanical Gardens and having fun as the sun set over a stunning Far North Queensland canefield – the couple then spent the night celebrating with family and friends at Rydges Resort in the city.
This meant Kara’s makeup and hair needed to look fresh for 12 hours – no problem!
Because of the tropical North Queensland climate, we use professional, water-proof foundations which are designed to resist humidity, tears and perspiration. Combined with the best quality products from MAC, Makeup Store and Napoleon Perdis, Kara’s makeup went the distance.
When styling hair we use a combination of hot rollers, straightening irons, serums, waxes, sprays and volumisers which ensured Kara’s beautiful curls lasted all day and night.
